Hi! My name is Kaitlin Richards-Tang (otherwise known as Katimao Illustrations) and I'm currently studying my final year of BA Illustration at UWTSD. 

I'm a freelance illustrator with a strong passion for bringing life to children's picture books, as well as editorial work and product licensing.

Often inspired by animals, plants and my love for all things atmospheric, my work often explores emotion through expressive characters and pops of colour. I love nothing more than seeing people connect with my work, so it is my aim to take it even further and positively impact new people every day. 

 

Besides drawing, I’m very passionate about cats, all sorts of music and traveling to new places!
